Welcome to the Cherish Parents Support Group Website!

Cherish, a registered charity, is the Parents' support group linked to the Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU) at the Wrexham Maelor Hospital. It was founded in 1987, with the encouragement of the staff of SCBU, by a group of parents who had all had babies in need of special care and is a voluntary organization. We continue to work closely with the staff on SCBU, some of whom attend meetings and events.
